Menores hasta 3 años sin cargos, menores de 3 a 6 años abonan la mitad de la tarifa.

Reservations made after 10:00 p.m. will be processed by our customer service team the following day.
Reservations are made with the name of the client and our agency.
In order to enter the City Tour, you must show the physical voucher or email from your cell phone.
Our customer service staff will contact you by email within 24 hours after receiving your payment to confirm your reservation and the details of the transfer.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments are processed with the security of PayPal in US dollars.
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If you cannot attend the tour, you must notify us by email 24 hours in advance of the pick-up time and the date of the tour must be changed. The rate is non-refundable. See cancellation policies
In case you do not attend the Tour (no-show), you lose the option to change the date and the rate is not refundable.
In case of hotel modification, you must send an email up to 5 hours before the pick up time
