RESERVATION
- Reservations made after 10:00 p.m. will be processed by our customer service team the following day.
- Reservations are made with the name of the client and our agency.
- In order to enter the show, you must show the physical voucher or email from your cell phone.
- The Tango House determines the location of the people at the tables in the room on the same day of the show.
- Our customer service staff will contact you by email within 24 hours after receiving your payment to confirm your reservation and the details corresponding to the transfer.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Payments are processed with the security of PayPal in US dollars.
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. - In case of not being able to attend the show, you must notify us by email 24 hours in advance of the pick up time and the date must be changed to the show. The rate is non-refundable. See cancellation policies
- In case you do not attend the show (no-show), you lose the option to change the date and the rate is not refundable.
- In case of hotel modification, you must send an email up to 5 hours before the pick up time
